We do not accept returns of Products that have been opened unless they are defective or faulty. 

All defective products must be returned to us in their original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories and documents as well as any free gifts. You must also provide a full description of the fault. We suggest that you use a Recorded Delivery Service, and all products are returned to us at your own cost and risk. Please return products to the address we will supply you with the return number.

Refund Policy

When you cancel your order or return a product:

Because of something we have done, including; informing you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, informing you of an error in the description or price of the product, delay in supplying products caused by events outside of our control, technical reason, we will refund in full for any products not provided. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will refund you for the price of the product using the method you used to pay. We may make deductions from the refund including but not limited to, the following cases: goods have been soiled, damaged or mishandled, parts are missing or have not been packaged in a way which protects them from transport damage. We will make any refunds as soon as possible after we have received the goods back from you.

Because you have changed your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 - with most Products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days), we will refund in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will refund you for the price of the product using the method you used to pay. We may make deductions from the refund including but not limited to, the following cases: goods have been soiled, damaged or mishandled, parts are missing or have not been packaged in a way which protects them from transport damage. We will make any refunds as soon as possible after we have received the goods back from you.

Because the item is faulty

Once you have returned the product to us we will examine the product and if we believe that the product is not faulty we will contact you to explain our reasons. You will then have 7 days to provide a response. If we still believe that the product is not faulty you will arrange for the product to be collected at your own cost.

If we consider that the product is faulty but the fault is covered by warranty, we will arrange collection of the product and repair it as per the warranty terms.

If we consider the Product was faulty at the time of delivery and we believe you are entitled to a refund, we will tell you by email as soon as possible. We endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible, but will always refund within 30 days of the day we confirmed the entitlement to refund via email. If you have returned a product that we believe is faulty, confirmed by us by email, we will refund you in full, including initial delivery charges and the cost to you for returning the item.

You have a legal obligation to ensure the products in your care are not damaged or mishandled. Failure to do this could give us legal grounds for financial compensation.

Refunds are made using the same method you used to pay.
